The People Behind Doctors Who Care

The doctors behind ?Doctors Who Care? understand the biological, psychological, and social components of illness and are qualified to administer diagnostic laboratory tests, to prescribe medications, to evaluate and treat addiction related problems, and to give continuing care for these problems. In addition, they are able to refer their patients to qualified psychologists and substance abuse counselors if required.

Patients can be assured that the doctors on the panel are qualified addictionists or have undergone specific training in addiction medicine. They have the special skills and knowledge to diagnose and treat specific problems and to medically manage the care of addiction disorders.
